Picking out a design for your home is not always easy, but we have a number of models that have stood the test of time as our Signature Models. We can also assist in the Design-Build process, if you choose to develop a custom home, or you can choose from the library of plans from Southern Living. Thanks to our affiliation with Southern Living, you can take advantage of one of their plans at a discount.
