Just like the homes we build, our company itself was founded on relationships. After working together for years on building projects across the Upstate of South Carolina, our founding partners, Andy Atkins and Jeff Viney each expressed a desire to start a unique kind of building company. One that not only placed the highest priority on each client’s complete satisfaction, but also looked at each new home as the beginning of a lasting relationship. As a result, the two joined forces in 2005 to form Meritus Signature Homes, one of the most trusted home builders in Seneca, Anderson, Greenville, Lake Keowee and the surrounding Upstate area. There are numerous home builders who pride themselves on the number of homes built. But as a premier custom home builder in South Carolina, we hold each home to be immensely special and valuable. We also understand that new homes, in Greenville, South Carolina and the Upstate, have a special value for you, which can’t be measured in money. That’s why we’ve worked hard to distance ourselves from other Upstate area home builders. Because, unlike other home builders in South Carolina, we build more than just quality custom homes. Our Word
Other home builders say they offer guaranteed pricing. We mean it. Your contract price will remain the same unless you change it by Amendment. We want you to be happy at the end of construction—not shocked and surprised. And just to make sure that new homes remain new, we also provide our clients with a 1-Year cosmetic warranty (serviced at 60 days and 11 months) and an 8-Year structural warranty (through Residential Warranty Corporation).
